By shopping with iBeesStore, you agree to our terms and conditions. Our terms follow all local laws. No one from our team or agents can change these terms unless we approve it in writing. When you accept these terms, you confirm that all your personal details are correct and updated.

Using Our Website

We allow you to use our website temporarily. We may update, change, or remove any part of it anytime without notice. If the website is down, we are not responsible. You can update your account details whenever you want.

Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and information on this website belong to iBeesStore. You are not allowed to copy, post, or use any material without permission.

Products & Services

We always try to show products exactly as they are. Sometimes, there might be very small differences in colour, size, or design due to updates.
If you order glasses, please give us your correct and recent eye prescription (not older than 2 years). You can ask your optician to measure your Pupillary Distance (PD). We are not responsible for any wrong information you provide.

Customer Responsibilities

  • By placing an order, you confirm:
  • You are not blind or partially sighted.
  • You have a valid and recent prescription. (For people above 70 years, it should not be older than 12 months.)
  • You gave correct information.
  • If PD is not given, you agree we may use a standard (default) PD.

Placing an Order

To order, browse our website, add products to your cart, and fill in your details at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll get a message or call from our team for confirmation. After that, your order will be sent from our warehouse for delivery.

Price & Payment

All prices are in PKR.
You can pay by Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit.
If you pay through bank deposit, please send your payment proof on WhatsApp at 0328-7121212.
Once payment is verified, your order will be processed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them for a full refund.
If more than 6 hours have passed, please check our Return Policy.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation.
We use trusted delivery services and will keep you updated through SMS or call.
Delays may happen due to courier or government checks, and we are not responsible for those delays.

After Delivery

Please check your order carefully when you receive it.
If your product is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can replace it.
After you accept the delivery, we are not responsible for later damage.
If you return an item, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
