Return & Exchange Policy – ibeesstore

At ibeesstore, we care about your satisfaction. We make sure all our products — sunglasses, watches, and jewellery — are checked carefully before delivery.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 3 days of delivery.

You can return or exchange if:

You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete when delivered.

The product you received is different from your order.

The product is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened box is acceptable).


Note:

For exchange, delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.

Jewellery and watches should be returned in their original packing without any damage.

After this time, you can still exchange or return your order under our return policy.
